How I Manage My Thyroid Health Naturally with a Keto Lifestyle


When you’re living with hypothyroidism, one of the first questions you might ask is: “Can I still do keto?” The internet is full of mixed answers. I’m here to share my experience — I have hypothyroidism, I don’t take medication for it, and I’ve found that I do very well on the keto diet when it’s approached the right way.

Stable Energy → Keto eliminates sugar spikes and crashes, which helps keep energy levels steadier throughout the day.

Supplements I add separately for thyroid balance:

Iodine → to support thyroid hormone production.

Brazil nut → natural selenium, zinc, and copper (just one a day is enough).
