Soothing Keto Comfort Foods for Gut Health

Warm keto comfort foods — cauliflower soup, cabbage skillet, and pumpkin pudding on a rustic table — soothing meals for gut health.

Nourishing meals that heal from the inside out

🌿When cooler weather arrives, the body naturally craves comfort foods — warm, filling meals that bring both satisfaction and calm. On keto, that doesn’t mean giving up comfort; it simply means choosing ingredients that heal your gut, balance your digestion, and support steady energy.

If your stomach feels unsettled or you want to keep your digestive system happy through the colder months, these keto comfort foods are both soothing and nourishing.

🥬 1. Cabbage Skillet With Celery, Onion, and Mushrooms

This simple one-pan meal is packed with fiber, minerals, and antioxidants that support healthy digestion. Cabbage and celery are gentle on the gut and provide natural sodium and hydration.

How to make it:

Sauté onion, celery, and mushrooms in olive oil, then add chopped cabbage and a lean protein like turkey or chicken. Pour in a small amount of chicken stock and simmer until the chicken is tender.

💡 Why it heals: The natural fiber and low-carb profile help sweep toxins from the intestines and reduce bloating.

🍲 2. Creamy Cauliflower Soup With Turmeric and Coconut Milk

This golden soup combines gut-friendly ingredients with anti-inflammatory benefits. The coconut milk provides healthy fats, while turmeric supports digestive enzymes and a balanced microbiome.

Quick method:

Cook chopped cauliflower in chicken or vegetable stock until soft. Blend with coconut milk, turmeric, garlic, and a pinch of black pepper for absorption.

💡 Why it heals: The combination of healthy fats and antioxidants helps calm inflammation and strengthen the intestinal lining.

🥩 3. Slow-Cooker Chicken and Veggie Stew

This recipe is comfort in a bowl. Simmering your vegetables makes them easier to digest while keeping nutrients intact.

How to make it:

Combine chicken, zucchini, carrots, celery, and mushrooms in a slow cooker. Add broth, herbs, and a small amount of apple cider vinegar for flavor and digestive support. Cook on low for 6–8 hours.

💡 Why it heals: Long cooking times soften fiber, allowing your gut to absorb nutrients gently without strain.

🎃 4. Pumpkin Pudding — The Gut-Loving Dessert

Pumpkin pudding isn’t just a treat; it’s full of fiber, antioxidants, and natural beta-carotene. It nourishes your gut while keeping carbs low.

Make it your way:

Use plain canned pumpkin, full-fat coconut milk, Truvia sweetener, vanilla, and xanthan gum for thickness. Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for warmth.

💡 Why it heals: Pumpkin is rich in soluble fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria and supports smooth digestion.

🥣 5. Warm Keto “Cereal” Bowl

When you crave something cozy in the morning, this quick mix satisfies without grains or sugar.

How to make it:

Combine ground flaxseed, unsweetened shredded coconut, chia seeds, and hot almond milk. Add vanilla, cinnamon, and a few crushed nuts for texture.

💡 Why it heals: Flax and chia provide gentle fiber that promotes regularity and reduces inflammation in the gut.

Comfort food can be healing when made with purpose. Each of these keto recipes supports your gut, keeps inflammation low, and provides warmth from the inside out. As you sip your tea or enjoy your pudding, know you’re giving your body precisely what it needs this season.

How to Make Your Own Herbal Tea Blends for Keto Wellness

DIY herbal tea blends with chamomile, ginger, and rooibos on a rustic table — gut-healing teas for keto wellness.

Mix chamomile, rooibos, chicory, and ginger to create your perfect gut-healing blend.

One of the most enjoyable ways to stay healthy on keto is by sipping herbal teas. They’re naturally caffeine-free, soothe the digestive system, and promote inner balance. Once you start combining herbs, you can tailor every cup to your needs — whether it’s calm digestion, gentle detox, or better sleep.

Creating your own herbal tea blends gives you complete control over flavor and function, using ingredients that support both gut health and keto living.

🍵 1. Start With a Soothing Base

Begin your blend with one or two mild teas that complement nearly any flavor. These set the tone for your cup, creating a smooth background taste.

Best base teas for keto:

Chamomile – relaxing and anti-inflammatory

Rooibos – rich in antioxidants and naturally sweet

Chicory root – prebiotic support for healthy gut bacteria

Combine 2 parts of any of these teas to form your base blend.

🌿 2. Add a Healing Element

This is where your tea’s purpose comes in — ingredients that directly support digestion and wellness.

Healing choices:

Ginger root – stimulates digestion and reduces nausea.

Peppermint – eases bloating and freshens breath.

Fennel seed – relieves fullness and supports gentle detox.

Use 1 part of one or two of these herbs to layer therapeutic benefits into your blend.

🍊 3. Include Flavor Enhancers

A little zest or spice makes your blend inviting. These optional additions create a memorable aroma and enhance flavor without adding carbs.

Tasty keto-safe add-ins:

Dried lemon peel or orange peel.

A dash of cinnamon or turmeric.

A few rose petals for a floral lift.

Use half of the flavoring herbs to complement the blend’s core ingredients.

🍯 4. Store and Label Your Blends

Keep your herbal blends in airtight glass jars away from sunlight. Label each with the ingredients and intended purpose — for example:

“Calm & Comfort Blend – Chamomile, Rooibos, Cinnamon.”

For a personal touch, tie a simple tag around each jar. These make thoughtful keto-friendly gifts too!

🫖 5. How to Brew Your Custom Tea

Use one tablespoon of loose blend per 8 ounces of water.

Steep in hot (not boiling) water for 5–7 minutes.

Strain, sip slowly, and enjoy the aroma as part of your self-care routine.

For a creamy variation, add a splash of full-fat coconut milk or almond milk. (I like to add coconut oil to my teas if you would like to give that a try. )

🌼🌼 Blend Ideas to Try

Here are a few tea combinations you can make right in your kitchen:

Gut Calm Blend:
Combine chamomile, ginger, and a touch of lemon peel. This soothing blend is perfect after meals to calm the stomach and reduce bloating.

Morning Energizer:
Mix chicory root, peppermint, and a dash of cinnamon. It delivers a bold, coffee-like flavor that wakes you up without caffeine — ideal for starting the day.

Evening Relaxer:
Pair rooibos with chamomile and a few rose petals. This gentle, floral combination helps the body unwind and prepares you for a peaceful night’s rest.

Each blend can be customized to your taste — add more ginger for warmth, extra rooibos for sweetness, or a hint of citrus peel for brightness.

Herbal Teas Are The Perfect Compliment To Keto

Your body responds beautifully to gentle, natural support — and blending your own teas lets you tailor wellness to your needs. Whether it’s for gut healing, calm focus, or a restful evening, herbal teas fit perfectly into your keto lifestyle.

Herbal Teas That Make Keto Work Better

Four herbal teas — chamomile, rooibos, ginger, and peppermint — arranged in cups with their fresh ingredients on a light wooden table.

How the right teas can boost digestion, fat burning, and overall health on a keto diet.

When you think about the keto diet, you probably focus on what’s on your plate — healthy fats, low-carb vegetables, and quality protein. But what’s in your cup matters too. Herbal teas are one of the most underrated keto tools, offering powerful benefits that support digestion, fat burning, hydration, and overall well-being. Best of all, they’re caffeine-free, gentle on the body, and easy to include in your daily routine.

🌿 Why Herbal Teas and Keto Are a Perfect Match

Herbal teas are more than just comforting warm drinks — they contain plant compounds that can directly support your body while it’s adapting to and thriving on a low-carb lifestyle. Here’s how they help:

🫧 Improve digestion: Herbal teas can stimulate digestive enzymes, reduce bloating, and help your body break down fats more efficiently.

🔥 Support fat metabolism: Certain teas boost bile flow, which is essential for digesting dietary fat and absorbing fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K).

🧠 Calm inflammation: Chronic inflammation slows down weight loss and overall health. Herbal teas are rich in antioxidants that reduce inflammation naturally.

💧 Hydrate without carbs: Many people don’t realize that proper hydration is key to a successful keto journey. Herbal teas hydrate and help flush toxins without sugar or calories.

🧘‍♀️ Reduce stress: High cortisol can block fat loss. Herbal teas, such as chamomile and rooibos, help balance stress hormones and support a healthy gut-brain connection.

🌼 Chamomile: Calm Digestion and Reduce Inflammation

Chamomile is a gentle powerhouse for keto. It relaxes the muscles of the digestive tract, reduces bloating, and soothes inflammation — all while supporting a calm nervous system. It’s especially helpful if you experience occasional stomach upset during keto adaptation. A cup before bed also improves sleep, which is essential for fat burning and metabolic balance.

🍂 Rooibos: Antioxidant Support and Blood Sugar Balance

Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free and packed with antioxidants that fight oxidative stress — something many people struggle with in the early stages of keto. It also helps stabilize blood sugar levels, reducing cravings and supporting steady energy throughout the day. Rooibos is an excellent choice after meals or in the evening.

🫚 Ginger: Ignite Digestion and Fat Metabolism

If you’re looking for a natural metabolism booster, ginger tea is one of the best. It stimulates digestive enzymes, increases bile flow, and helps your body break down fats more efficiently — perfect for a high-fat keto meal plan. Ginger can also reduce nausea, support circulation, and promote detoxification.

🍃 Peppermint: Refresh, Soothe, and Support the Gut

Peppermint tea is refreshing and soothing, especially after a heavy meal. It relaxes the digestive system, reduces gas and cramping, and supports a healthy gut-brain connection. Many people also find that a warm cup of peppermint tea helps curb sugar cravings and keeps appetite in check.

☀️ The Best Times to Enjoy Herbal Tea on Keto

🥣 Morning: Start the day with chamomile or ginger tea to stimulate digestion.

🍽️ After meals: Rooibos or peppermint tea helps prevent bloating and supports fat breakdown.

🌙 Before bed: Chamomile tea promotes relaxation and deeper sleep, which helps your body repair and burn fat overnight.

🧬 Small Habits, Big Results

Adding herbal teas to your daily routine is one of the simplest ways to support your keto journey. Over time, these small habits can lead to better digestion, more stable energy, and improved fat metabolism — all while helping you feel calm, hydrated, and balanced.

Pumpkin Pudding: A Keto-Friendly Dessert That Heals Your Gut

A bowl of creamy pumpkin pudding beside a mug of coffee and a cup of herbal tea on a rustic wooden table, styled for a cozy fall keto article.

How this creamy treat supports digestion, boosts gut health, and even enhances your morning coffee or tea.

Pumpkin pudding isn’t just a fall favorite — it’s a powerful ally for your digestion and overall gut health, especially on a keto diet. When you make it with plain, unsweetened canned pumpkin and keto-friendly ingredients, it becomes more than a dessert. It’s a creamy, comforting food that supports your microbiome, nourishes your gut lining, and can even be stirred into coffee or tea for a seasonal boost.

🥄 Why Pumpkin Pudding Belongs in a Keto Lifestyle

Most store-bought pumpkin desserts are loaded with sugar and starch — but using plain canned pumpkin with no added sugar makes all the difference. Plain pumpkin has just 6–7 grams of net carbs per ½ cup and is packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants that support healthy digestion.

Here’s why it’s a wise choice:

🧬 Low in carbs: Fits perfectly into keto macros without spiking blood sugar.

🪶 Rich in fiber: Supports gut bacteria, reduces bloating, and promotes regularity.

🩹 Soothing and gentle: Helps calm the digestive system and supports gut lining repair.

🍁 Nutrient-dense: Delivers vitamin A, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants that benefit digestion and immunity.

🦠 How Pumpkin Pudding Supports Digestion and Gut Health

Pumpkin is one of the most gut-friendly vegetables you can eat. Its soluble fiber acts as a prebiotic — feeding the beneficial bacteria that keep your digestive system balanced. It’s also naturally soothing for the stomach, making it a good choice for those who experience occasional bloating or sluggish digestion.

The beta-carotene and antioxidants in pumpkin help reduce gut inflammation and protect the intestinal lining, while potassium and magnesium support smooth muscle contractions in the digestive tract. That means better nutrient absorption, more regular digestion, and less discomfort after meals.

🍵 A Seasonal Twist: Stir Pumpkin Pudding Into Coffee or Tea

One of the most delicious ways to enjoy pumpkin pudding — beyond eating it with a spoon — is to stir a spoonful into your morning coffee or evening tea. This simple addition transforms your drink into a creamy, nutrient-rich treat that also supports digestive health.

Here’s how to do it:

☕ Pumpkin Coffee: Stir 1–2 tablespoons of pumpkin pudding into hot coffee for a naturally sweet, rich, and creamy “pumpkin latte” — no sugar needed. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for an extra seasonal touch.

🍵 Pumpkin Tea: Mix a spoonful into chamomile, rooibos, or ginger tea. The fiber and antioxidants in pumpkin pair beautifully with herbal teas to support gut health and promote calm digestion.

It’s a simple way to make your favorite warm drinks more satisfying and more beneficial for your body.

🍨 How to Make It Keto-Friendly

For the healthiest version of pumpkin pudding, use these guidelines:

🎃 Base: Plain canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling).

🍬 Sweetener: Stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol.

🥛 Creamy texture: Full-fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk.

🥚 Optional richness: One egg adds protein and a silky texture.

🧂 Spices: Cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla for flavor and digestive support.

Combine these ingredients in a pan and cook on medium low for 5-7 minutes. Let cool and serve or store in the refrigerator for later.

This version is keto-friendly, deeply nourishing, and ideal for digestion.

🧠 More Than Dessert: A Daily Gut-Support Tool

Pumpkin pudding proves that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s satisfying, nutrient-dense, and versatile enough to enjoy as a dessert, snack, or even part of your morning beverage. And because it supports digestion, microbiome balance, and nutrient absorption, it’s a simple habit that pays off in big ways — not just for gut health but for your long-term vitality.

What Your Tongue Says About Your Gut Health

Split-style image showing a close-up of a healthy pink tongue on the left, and gut-healing keto foods like avocado, bone broth, chamomile tea, garlic, and sauerkraut on the right.

How to read the signs on your tongue and heal your digestion naturally on keto.

Your tongue does more than help you taste food — it’s actually a window into your digestive system. Every coating, color change, or patch tells a story about what’s happening inside your gut. Once you know how to “read” those signs, you can support better digestion, reduce bloating, and even improve how your body absorbs nutrients on a keto diet.

👅 Your Tongue Reflects Your Digestive Health

The tongue is part of your digestive system. It’s the first point of contact for food and a major player in how your body breaks it down. A healthy tongue is light pink, slightly moist, and has a thin white coating. If yours looks different, here’s what it could be telling you:

Thick white coating: Possible yeast overgrowth or bacterial imbalance in the gut.

Yellow coating: Sluggish bile flow or poor fat digestion.

Red, shiny tongue: Inflammation or low levels of vitamins like B12 and iron.

Sticky, heavy film: Food isn’t digesting well — often linked to low stomach acid.

Dry or cracked tongue: Dehydration, inflammation, or gut irritation.

The good news? These signs are often reversible with a few minor changes.

🥬 Keto-Friendly Foods That Support a Healthy Gut

If your tongue isn’t looking healthy, it’s a sign your digestive system needs extra care. The right foods can help rebalance your gut, support healing, and reduce that coating naturally:

🥬 Leafy greens – Spinach, kale, and arugula stimulate bile flow and improve fat digestion.

🥣 Bone broth – Rich in collagen and glutamine, it repairs and strengthens the gut lining.

🥑 Healthy fats – Avocado, olive oil, and coconut oil reduce inflammation and nourish your gut.

🦠 Fermented foods – Sauerkraut, coconut yogurt, and fermented pickles restore healthy gut bacteria.

🍋 Apple cider vinegar – A small splash in water before meals helps boost stomach acid for better digestion.

🍵 Herbal teas – Chamomile and rooibos calm inflammation, while ginger and peppermint improve digestion.

These simple foods, combined with good hydration and daily tongue cleaning, often lead to a clearer tongue, better digestion, and more stable energy.

🧠 The Bigger Picture: Gut Health and Aging

A healthy gut does more than help you digest food — it’s closely tied to your immune system, hormone balance, mental clarity, and even how you age. When your gut is balanced, your body can better absorb the nutrients that support healthy skin, strong energy, and longevity.

Can You Do Keto with Hypothyroidism?

Keto-friendly green smoothie with collard, kale, spinach, and turnip greens for thyroid and heart health.

How I Manage My Thyroid Health Naturally with a Keto Lifestyle

When you’re living with hypothyroidism, one of the first questions you might ask is: “Can I still do keto?” The internet is full of mixed answers. Some sources say keto can slow thyroid function, while others claim it supports energy and weight balance. I’m here to share my experience — I have hypothyroidism, I don’t take medication for it, and I’ve found that I do very well on the keto diet when it’s approached the right way.

🧩 Understanding Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism means your thyroid gland doesn’t produce enough thyroid hormone, which can lead to fatigue, weight gain, dry skin, and slower metabolism.

Nutrition plays a significant role in supporting thyroid function — and that’s where keto can fit in.

🌿 How Keto Can Work with Hypothyroidism

Stable Energy → Keto eliminates sugar spikes and crashes, which helps keep energy levels steadier throughout the day.

Reduced Inflammation → Many thyroid conditions are linked to inflammation. A clean keto diet (whole foods, no processed junk) helps reduce this.

Weight Balance → Hypothyroidism can slow metabolism, making weight management hard. Keto helps your body use fat for fuel, which can offset that sluggishness.

🥗 My Daily Green Smoothie for Thyroid & Heart Health

One of the most important ways I support my thyroid and overall health on keto is with a daily green smoothie. This isn’t just a filler drink — it’s a nutrient powerhouse designed for thyroid, heart, and gut function.

Here’s what goes into my thyroid-friendly keto smoothie:

🧂 Raw spinach → provides natural sodium without added salt.

🥬 Kale, collard greens, and turnip greens → rich in magnesium, calcium, and antioxidants. (I alternate my greens in the smoothies.)

🥑 Avocado → healthy fats for hormone support.

🌿 Celery and broccoli → prebiotic fibers for gut health.

🍊 Orange rind → adds vitamin C and polyphenols.

🌰 Ground flaxseed → fiber + omega-3s.

🥤 Vegetable protein powder (peas + quinoa) → protein without dairy.

🍶 Unsweetened yogurt (optional) → probiotics to balance gut flora.

🌱 Cinnamon & turmeric → anti-inflammatory, blood sugar balance, and circulation support.

Supplements I add separately for thyroid balance:

Iodine → to support thyroid hormone production.

Brazil nut → natural selenium, zinc, and copper (just one a day is enough).

👉 This smoothie gives me steady energy, supports my thyroid, and doubles as heart-healthy fuel. It’s proof that keto can be nutrient-dense and healing, not restrictive.

⚠️ Considerations for Keto with Hypothyroidism

Salt and iodine: Many thyroid resources suggest iodized salt, but I avoid added salt due to high blood pressure and thyroid sensitivity. Instead, I rely on raw spinach for natural sodium and supplement with iodine directly.

Watch for fatigue: Some people may need to ease into keto more slowly to avoid feeling drained.

Nutrient focus: Selenium (Brazil nuts, eggs), zinc (poultry, seeds), magnesium (leafy greens, nuts), and healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil, flax) are all thyroid-friendly.

✅ My Personal Results

On keto, I’ve experienced:

Stable weight without extreme dieting

Steady energy through the day

Better digestion and gut health

No need for medication to feel balanced

Everyone is different, but for me, keto works in harmony with hypothyroidism.

Yes, you can do keto with hypothyroidism — I’m living proof. The key is listening to your body, focusing on nutrient-rich keto foods, and adjusting to what works best for your energy and health. My daily green smoothie is one of the pillars of my success, and it’s a reminder that keto isn’t just about cutting carbs — it’s about feeding your body with the nutrients your thyroid and heart need most.

5 Dessert Pudding Recipes for Gut Health (Keto + Salt-Free)

“Keto-friendly carob pudding topped with coconut and nuts for a gut-healthy dessert”

Delicious Keto-Friendly Desserts That Support Gut Health

If you’re like me, dessert isn’t just about satisfying a sweet tooth — it’s about nourishing your body, too. By combining keto-friendly ingredients, functional prebiotics, and antioxidant-rich spices, you can enjoy puddings that taste indulgent and support gut health.

Here are five variations of my favorite carob pudding base recipe that you can snack on all week without guilt.

🌿 The Carob Pudding Base (Two Options)

You can choose your base depending on your goals:

Budget-Friendly → 1 can full-fat coconut milk + 1 can evaporated milk

Keto-Pure → 2 cans full-fat coconut milk (no dairy, lower carbs, higher healthy fats)

Ingredients (for either version):

1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk (or use two cans if making keto-pure)

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk (omit if using two cans of coconut milk)

2 large eggs

¼ cup carob powder

1 Tbsp Truvia (or keto-friendly sweetener of your choice)

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

Heat gently on the stove, stirring until thickened.

Pour into jars or bowls, chill, and enjoy for up to a week.

⚖️ Nutrition Snapshot

Budget-Friendly (coconut + evaporated milk) → Creamy, balanced, more affordable; ~7–9g net carbs per serving.

Keto-Pure (2 cans coconut milk) → Lower carbs, higher MCT fats, entirely dairy-free; ~5–6g net carbs per serving.

Both versions are delicious — the coconut + evaporated blend saves money while still being fairly keto-friendly, while the 2-coconut base maximizes fat quality and keeps carbs lower. Readers can pick whichever fits their budget and health goals.

Ways With Okra On The Keto Diet

A bowl of fresh green okra pods on a wooden surface, with text overlay highlighting net carbs, fiber, and calories per serving on the keto diet.

A Fiber-Rich, Gut-Loving Veggie for Every Meal

Okra isn’t just for gumbo or Southern-style stews—this overlooked vegetable is a keto-friendly nutritional powerhouse. With its rich fiber content, gut-friendly benefits, and versatility, okra deserves a permanent place in your low-carb lifestyle. Whether you're sautéing it in a skillet, boiling it, or adding it to a medley of vegetables, okra works for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Why Okra Is Keto-Approved

Despite being a fruit (yes, really!), okra is low in net carbs, which makes it ideal for ketogenic and low-carb diets. Here’s a breakdown per 100 grams (about 3.5 ounces) of raw okra:

Total Carbohydrates: 7.5g

Fiber: 3.2g

Net Carbs: 4.3g

Calories: 33

Protein: 2g

Fat: 0.2g

Okra is also a natural prebiotic, meaning it helps feed the good bacteria in your gut, improving digestion, regularity, and even immunity. Its unique mucilaginous (gel-like) texture aids in soothing the gut and may support blood sugar regulation.

My Favorite Way to Enjoy Okra

One of the most delicious keto side dishes I make involves okra and squash. It’s simple, filling, and full of garden-fresh flavor. This dish can be made with frozen ingredients, too.

Here’s how I make it:

Ingredients:

Sliced yellow squash

Sliced zucchini

Diced onions

Chopped tomatoes

Sliced bell peppers (any color)

Chopped okra

Garlic granules

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of Truvia

1–2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions:

Simmer all ingredients in a medium pan with water over medium heat until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have blended—about 15–20 minutes. The touch of Truvia enhances the natural sweetness of the vegetables, while garlic and butter (or coconut oil) give it depth. It’s excellent alongside grilled meat, eggs, or even on its own as a light, satisfying meal.

A pot of fresh okra, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions simmering in water, showing a colorful and nutritious keto-friendly side dish.
A warm, fiber-rich medley of okra, squash, zucchini, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes gently simmered in water—an easy, gut-healthy keto side dish for any meal.

Other Ways to Cook Okra on Keto

Skillet-Sautéed: Cook in olive oil or ghee with garlic and red pepper flakes.

Boiled: Add okra to soups or boil with bone broth for a quick side.

Baked: Combine with parmesan and almond flour for a crisp topping.

Why Fiber Matters on Keto

Many keto diets can lack fiber, mainly when people focus too much on meat and dairy. That’s where okra shines—it helps keep digestion smooth, blood sugar stable, and your belly full longer without spiking carbs.

Okra isn’t just keto-approved—it’s keto-essential. Full of fiber, low in net carbs, and endlessly versatile, this veggie can round out your meals while doing your gut and metabolism a favor.
